NovaVPS sells KVM VPS and dedicated servers in Iceland, the Netherlands, Romania, and Switzerland. Signup requires email and a 12-character password; no passport, selfie, phone number, or card. Billing is cryptocurrency-only. Monero invoices are reviewed manually, normally within two hours. No-KYC does not guarantee anonymity. The AUP prohibits CSAM, phishing, spam, paid attacks, and verified threats.
