Terms of Service

By paying a cryptocurrency invoice you rent a virtual or physical server from NovaVPS. Service is prepaid. Billing terms are month, quarter, 6 months or year; unused time after a cancellation you initiate is credited to the account, not refunded in-chain by default. You receive root. The service is not a license to break criminal law. We may suspend accounts for AUP breaches. Service credits for SLA misses are the exclusive remedy for downtime. These terms are a commercial contract summary, not legal advice for your jurisdiction.

Crypto amounts are quoted from a USD total at a live or fallback rate on the invoice page. You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network. Cross-chain sends are not recoverable. Underpayments are completed on the same invoice or via ticket with a txid.
