Postfix documentation is the common MTA. Stalwart Mail Server is a modern all-in-one. Port 25 is open and PTR is editable. Reputation is yours after you send. Paying with crypto does not warm the IP.

Playbook

From invoice to an MX

Business to start. Dedicated if you are a public MX for many domains.
Install Postfix documentation or Stalwart Mail Server. Set SPF/DKIM/DMARC on your domain.
Switzerland is the process default. Netherlands if you want AMS-IX and accept EU rack law.
