When does the VM image? First confirmation on public-chain invoices. Monero is reviewed manually, normally within two hours.
Identity and anonymity
Is a VPS anonymous? No. No-KYC removes our document step. FATF: virtual assets writes about virtual-asset rules for other businesses; we still store email and invoice fields.
Do you AML wallets? No. We do not run chain-analysis screening on coins or wallets.
Phone / selfie / passport? Not asked. Not stored.
Locations and law
Where are the servers? Reykjavik, Amsterdam, Bucharest, Zurich. Company is SKN. RAM is in those cities.

Do you include DDoS? Yes, volumetric filters. L7 that looks like a product still gets a ticket.

SSH? OpenSSH manual keys. We do not hold a backdoor.
Cards?
No. Crypto only.
Refunds on-chain?
Unused time credits the account. Default is not an automatic chain refund.
