Volumetric filters on the listing. A game or site that looks like a botnet still gets an abuse mail. Answer it. Unmetered is not a cloaking device.

IP, UTC timestamp, what the process is. Tor Project: relay operations exits need a published contact. A US U.S. Copyright Office: DMCA template is not a power button. CSAM reports go to abuse@ with URLs — that is not a copyright debate.
