Sign in → Support. If the account has never paid, the panel asks for a support deposit so the inbox is not a free form. After a VPS or dedicated invoice, tickets are open.

What to write

rDNS: IP + FQDN.
Invoice: coin, txid, invoice code.
Server action stuck: server id and what you clicked.

Do not paste root passwords. OpenSSH manual keys only.

Email instead?

Tickets stay on the account. abuse@ is for third-party reports.
