How to read a map

Look at: is the company a US person? Is the rack in a country with a US MLAT that gets used as a shortcut? Does the host treat a DMCA email as a kill switch anyway to keep an upstream happy? A host that takes Visa will often pull a VM to protect the merchant account even when the statute does not apply. Crypto-only billing removes that merchant-account pressure. It does not remove local criminal law.
